Willfinder.ca has been established to provide a solution to the problem of locating Wills upon a person’s death. On many occasions, the deceased’s Last Will and Testament cannot be located. The determination of the location of the deceased’s most current last Will may at the best of times be very difficult. Lawyers, solicitors and persons whom the deceased has entrusted with possession of the deceased’s Will are not always made aware of the deceased’s death.
